SAMPLING AND TESTING OF OIL (SABS APPROVED LAB)
- Visual examination on colour, sludge, dirt and sediment.
- Moisture of water (Cracle or Karl Fisher) should be less than 20ppm.
- Total acid number (TAN) – should be less than 0.20mg KOH/g and Dielectric strength (kV) – should be higher than 50kV.
OIL TESTING ON REQUEST FOR:
PCB and Gas analysis (on request).

Onsite Installation & Comissioning of MV Equpment
AGO Electrical & Mining Services takes pride in its ability to onsite installation and commissioning of Medium Voltage Equipment.
Certified technicians perform commissioning of switchgear, protection and control systems as part of our equipment supply, which includes:
- Cold commissioning to verify protection and control operation.
- Hot commissioning and energisation of the equipment.
- Supervision during plant start up.
